a black comedy w/o jokes, and like a Cassavettes movie w/o excess, every action goes the real way not the movie way; it hurts

Pour un adepte de Cassavetes c'est du petit lait ! Des petits clin d'oeil au merveilleux husbands dans lequel jouent Peter Falk et Cassavetes. On sent presque la pÃ¢te du maÃ®tre bien qu'il n'ait pas realise ici le film. Une bien belle decouverte !

THIS????? (Even though I can't make heads or tales out of this one, it's probably one of the best films of its kind ever made . . . I can tell its an awesome movie, but I can't explain why . . . (a true labor of love . . .) I remember reading that a "woman-director" made this film and was very militant towards the studio. 100 hours or so of film was shot and eventually The Studio threatened to have the director arrested if she didn't turn-over the footage. (hearsay and speculation). It seems that the best "Woman-Film-Directors" are Katheryn Bigelow, Amy Heckerling, Penny Marshall, Julie Taymor, and Tina Fey (if she directs--she mainly writes yet Greatly Influences The Director)
