In this revealing documentary, filmmakers follow the three rock stars as they hire a group therapist and grapple with 20 years of repressed anger and aggression. It's the only documentery that I actually like! Wow Metalica is like simply the greatest metal band that has EVER lived in man kind! It's great telling of how they made there 2003 album and It's pretty long to and I've heard that the original cut is about like 19 hours long, DAMN that's long! u anyways I recommend this to any metallica fan

This is an amazing movie. An unfilinching look at a band and the trouble that it has to face. One of the best documentry about Metal and ROck I have ever seen. True drama is always better then fake!
