A rare sequel that supercedes its original in all aspects: more colorful, emotionally packed with joys and sadness, and better screenplay with more heavy weight stars added into the cast. The trailer intendedly feature songs already presented in the first movie, but when you immerse yourself into the movie, you will find that ABBA still has much more hits that you could remember. The only disappointment is that Meryl Streep has minimal screen time, but this is how the plot means to be when you finished the whole movie; her debut in the movie is precisely nice and placed at the best part of the movie. My top movie for 2018.

LOVED it. Lily James was fantastic as young Donna Sheridan. Great vibe throughout the whole film and even some emotional bits which were believable and hot the nail on the head. Great sequel!!

Fantastic movie, much better than the first one, which was largely carried by Abba's music. This one actually had a good story, charming, well-cast actors/actresses and was entertaining. Great bringing together of the story and the Abba songs, quite a few of which I'd never heard before and just goes to show the depth to their song catalogue. Some emotional moments too.

Hello people of the world! This movie is so much fun. It has great music that I have listened to on the daily. It makes you laugh, cry and want to dance along to some of the music that plays! I am so happy with the casting in the movie. Lily James is fantastic as a young Donna. I was surprised by how much Meryl Streep was in the movie. I love the way they use the songs they have used in the previous movies. They aren't added just because they couldn't figure out which other songs to use. They add emotional heft to the moment. Yes I used the world heft....I really liked the actors (as I am sure many people will) that played the young versions of Harry, Bill and Sam. Please someone TAKE ME TO GREECE!!!
