Saw this as a kid and this flick still haunts me. The make-up and costumes were way ahead of it's time.

If you are going to watch this movie, do not watch the Director's cut! The most erotic and sensual scene in all of movie history is ruined in the Director's cut simply because he didn't have a decent soundtrack.

One of favorite fantasy films! I love this movie so much. Tim Curry is an excellent villain and the movie itself a technical masterpiece. The Director's Cut is even better, but the domestic theatrical version with the Tangerine Dream score still excellent.

I love this film but only with the tangerine dream score, I was gutted when I saw the other version. Yet I can't get it on DVD anywhere grrr
