Legal Eagles (1986)

Assistant District Attorney Tom Logan is set for higher office, at least until he becomes involved with defence lawyer Laura Kelly and her unpredictable client Chelsea Deardon. It seems the least of Chelsea's crimes is the theft of a very valuable painting, but as the women persuade Logan to investigate further and to cut some official corners, a much more sinister scenario starts to emerge.

Not Redford's best but hes a great actor so anything he's in is gonna be good. Debra Winger and Daryl Hannah are really good in this as well, not to mention very sexy. Not the best movie, but a pretty good comedy/romance nonetheless.

SO-SO MOVIE, HAS A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING IN IT - ROMANCE, DRAMA, COMEDY, ADVENTURE, ACTION. IT DOESN'T SEEM TO KNOW WHICH PATH TO CHOOSE. THE CAST IS FINE THOUGH. WINGER SEEMS OUT OF PLACE, LIKE HER HEART WASN'T IN IT.

Legal Eagles primarily comes off as a lazy and fairly pointless vanity project that squanders the talents of everyone involved.
