I found it to be quite a good movie overall. I think that it was very well done, as far as Romantic Comedies go. I laughed a fair bit more than I thought I would, and I loved the acting/pacing. Feig is an adroit director of comedy and he gives Last Christmas some fizz now and again. But he’s stymied by the romance and the gimmick, and the pairing of Clarke and Golding proves an impossible hurdle, making even the seemingly simplest moments — an intimate walk, a heartfelt talk — feel badly labored.

It makes sense that Last Christmas isn’t coming out at the end of December but right on the cusp of Thanksgiving. It’s a bona fide holiday-movie turkey.

Last Christmas labors to turn the genre on its head and say more than your typical feel-good holiday flick. Somehow, Kate and Tom’s story still finds a way to play out in painfully predictable fashion.

O filme tem muitos problemas de atuação, roteiro e também em aspectos mais técnicos. Porém, possui muito valor de entretenimento. A história apesar de genérica consegue cativar um pouco.
