An outstanding cast brings forth a great police crime drama, with plot twists that definitely adds to the story. Character development was well done here, flushing out each to draw you in further, and when the twists come, leaves you wondering how you missed it. Put off seeing this for too long, but definitely glad I finally watched it. If you like police dramas, this should be on your watch list, if you haven't seen it already.

Violent, intelligent and entertaining thriller. The acting from Russell Crowe, Guy Pearce and Kim Basinger is electric, and the 50s setting is conveyed very well.

A modern classic. This Interwoven tale of crime ridden 1950's Los Angeles is perfect. Great performances and a screenplay to die for. Films dont get much better then this.
