fun to watch but not one of SLJ's best. though he is a fan of the anime upon which it based.

Although the live-action Kite has been graphically desexualized, the anime’s exploitative attitude nevertheless prevails, made all the more prominent by the film’s refusal to engage with it directly.

surprised Samuel L jackson took on this role in a poor remake of a popular anime, It lacked direction excitement and creativity..poor film.
