Another one of my favorite obscure movies. It makes me cry and laugh at the same time. I find all the people they meet on the way hillarious. Definately a must see in my book. I loved it.

One of the best movies ever. Takeshi's use of greens and blues create a calming feeling. The soundtrack is perfect.

One of my favorite Beat Takeshi films. Yes, sweet and beautiful aren't words you normally use to describe Beat's films. But this is his most artistic and lyrical film ever. It is a road story that follows a good for nothing thug, and a little boy as they travel across Japan in search of his mother. Beautifully shot, hilarious and sad at the same time. Don't miss this one.
