Japanese drama, a really good film with a look of modern day Japan. Not just a subculture either, just regular people living their lives

An easy-going male student working part-time in a mah-jong parlor comes upon a disabled girl living with her grandmother. He starts visiting her out of sympathy and due her good cooking but soon develops feelings for her. Things don't end up as expected though in this movie full of sympathetic characters.
