The back and forth between the time periods was confusing for a bit but became understandable. I really didn't like the copycat group and the ending left it with no resolution.

John Doe: Vigilante is rife with the sort of problems you typically won't be able to avoid in low budget affairs, but beyond these technical issues, it's hard to fault the film too harshly. John Doe is at the absolute minimum, a thought provoking piece, and arguably a good story is presented as well.

This movie had a great story line and over all message. Actors were almost unknown to me but I recommend anybody watching it that has 90 minutes to kill. It reminded me of Pulp Fiction and Prisoners. You don't know where the storyline is going and it's a fun ride. Check it out!
