As a child Jack Brooks witnessed the brutal murder of his family. Now a young man he struggles with a pestering girlfriend, therapy sessions that resolve nothing, and night classes that barely hold his interest. I can't decide which two words describe this movie best - "bad ass" or "fuckin' sweet!". Coolest horror movie hero in ages that, if an awesome sequel is made, could almost be the new Ash (Evil Dead series). Lots of fun, a sequel must be made!

fun, scary and all the elements to become a classic in my book. no cgi!! NO CGI!! the monsters are inspiring and not the only catching part of this movie. all the characters are fun, funny, and leave nothing to be desired. its hard to believe this is a first movie for most the people involved (minus many of characters in the film). i can't wait to watch this repeatedly!
