I believe everyone should see this movie. This is my all time favorite movie. I can't watch it without crying! Amazing story!

I absolutely love this movie. A lot odf racial issues that are tackled excellently. The end is a real tear jerker.

never underestimate the importance and power of good melodrama, and this is melodrama at its very best, its epic soap politics never be ashamed to cry over Imitation of Life...

i am in love with this movie... lana turner looks soo beautiful and better than ever and her performance and sndra dee as well...but the real stars of this movie is juanita moore and susan kohner, who gave great perfomances that moved me to tears
