Underrated film which is very light hearted. This movie is fun, not deep. Just enjoy it already.

entertaining dialogs, very humorous, great way to define 80s style of happy-go-lucky pursuit of dreams. 80's movies aren't about being possible or practical, but reaching for the improbable, which is hilarious.

I was very much looking forward to a slapstick comedy from director Peter Bogdonovich, having loved "What's Up Doc?". What happened? Rob Lowe embarassingly imitates Ryan O'Neal in Doc, (who was imitating Cary Grant in Bringing Up Baby). The movie just isn't funny. Bad writing, barely amusing, poorly put together. What a shame and a waste of talent.
