Sim-dan gets bullied everyday in his school, becomes a vampire after an unexpected accident. After accepting this change, he saves a blind person who fell down on a subway track, thanks to his power. His story goes on air on TV news all over the nation, and many people start to call him a 'Hero'. On the other hand, Sim-dan's friends start to wonder about his power and dark force, appearing after a long sleep. He is after the girl he loves and people around him.

This film was beautiful, not just in color, but also in the story. It was masterfully written and masterfully acted out! I could totally feel and follow along the emotional aspects beautifully acted out in this film by the actors/actresses. It was a story about heroes so it was action packed, but also it was a passionate romance. It was a perfect portrayal about a true and the real meaning of a hero. A+++

Excellent use of color to incite emotion. Fine performances all around. The overall theme of this movie is quite frankly, stunning.

Once I realized that the fights were stories being told and exaggerated by the unnamed hero, I really started to enjoy the movie.

Zhang Yimou... He always makes stuff beautiful. I love Tony too, and this was just.. WOW. I bought this movie in region 3 before it came out in Canada.
