'Arty,' to be sure, but it's not pretentious: rather, it's expressive of the scattered state of mind, the reflective state of mind, that attends grief. [Criterion Collection Blu-ray]

I have loved Laurie's work in the past that has pushed us to consider whether our technological advances makes our society better or worse. This movie does some of that but also looks at spiritual thoughts and viewing death. Seems appropriate to the stage of life for Ms. Anderson. Could not ask for a better viewpoint or viewer to examine the subject.
