An eye opening trip into East Germany, the changes taking place during the fall of communism and not all of the recipients of democracy seem to welcome it.

A beezer of a movie. Fascinating plot; a great allegory for East German industry. Laugh out loud funny as well. A modest budget - big idea movie.

one of good decent indie movie I've ever seen, I miss Germany, it told the true story about what's the era by Lenin's control. That young guy Alex create the beautiful picture just wanted to protect his mom to stay away from her sad past life. This movie....loved it.
