Some elements seem grotesquely dated, but this restoration of the 1939 classic finds the film as powerful and mad as ever.

Superlative movie of TECHNICOLORED magnificence with great acting and all entwining the mesmerising Vivienne Leigh who acted all else off the screen. Her stonking performance is a truly luminous landmark that elevates this movie to the immotals.

To my mind, this is the greatest movie ever made. Brilliant performances, radiant characters, interesting plot and intelligent dialogue. This is something not seen in today' s 3D productions, it is charming and it makes you crave for more.
