I liked this movie. Alot of people don't but it is good, better than Driven anyways.

This is not even my standard fare, but I felt Get Carter oozed with cool. Stallone is hot, genuine, and engaging. Three villains make it complex enough, and his relationship with the girl, Rachel Leigh Cook has chemistry. There were a couple lines I would have trimmed, but otherwise I thought it was pretty tight and well-made. Props to Director Stephen Kay. Granted, I've never seen the original, so I'm judging it on it's own merits. The soundtrack is excellent and worth buying.

Great remake, Silvester is totally incredible in his improbable suite, his acting is so good: he totally communicates us all is emotions. Script is slightly and well reviewed from the originial, and what a delight to see Michael Caine taking the role of the bad guy! A good dark-movie which gives what we wait for it.

I fucking love this movie! In my opinion, this is one of Rourke's best. And I could watch anything with Caine. Alan Cumming, John McGinley, Tom Sizemore and Rachel Leigh Cook all bring something to the table too. I've seen way shittier movies with no talent hacks than this...story could have been better but the cast works well with the material.
