Just kind of bland compared to "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes." There's some old standards here, but nothing--apart from the "Ain't Misbehavin'" segment--is really outstanding. Also, Jane Russell has a distractingly bad haircut.

Even in the 50's sequels never quite lived up to the first. This viewer still prefers the Blond.

Disappointing and inferior to Gentlemen Prefer Blondes for the following reasons: Anaemic direction, poorly staged musical numbers, stereotyped French setting. Oh and Jane Russell has massive breasts...if this was in 3D I would be recoiling in my seat for fear of being blubbered :->
