Follow That Dream (1962)

When the Kwimper family car runs out of fuel on a new Florida highway and an officious state supervisor tries to run them off, Pop Kwimper digs in his heels and decides to do a little homesteading. He and his son Toby and their 'adopted' children—Holly, Ariadne, and the twins—start their own little community along a strip of the roadside.

one of my faves.great storyline.elvis is so fit in it.

i loved this movie!! the way his caracter always want to see good out of people (like their neighbours), and i cried when he plead his father's cause at the end to get back the children. Elvis was a great actor just not all his movies were good scripted...to bad business people often saw him as a bankable playboy and didnt offer him real character to play as in this movie.

This Elvis movie is more on the dramatic side, but it's not one of the best, it's not that bad either, it's just okay.

This is among the best of the movies Elvis Presley made. Elvis could only ever be Elvis and the makers of this used that to great advantage here. The film has some good songs, great heart and just enough conflict to make things interesting.

i had to watch this as a kid. my mom loves elvis and this was her favorite elvis movie.
