Follow That Dream (1962)

When the Kwimper family car runs out of fuel on a new Florida highway and an officious state supervisor tries to run them off, Pop digs in his heels and decides to do a little homesteading. He, his son Toby and their 'adopted' children—Holly, Ariadne, and the twins—start their own little community along a strip of the roadside.

A Truly wonderful Classic of the King's early pics! It had a great story, splendid cast, and wonderful music. Never could get enough of it really. If you haven't seen it already then you should. Go on!

Toby and his family are poor, but they come to Florida for some time away from home. He is laid back, relaxed, slow at doing anything, is very charming and handsome and sings so emotionally and from the heart. It is a romantic comedy drama. This is one of Elvis' best performances.

This Elvis movie is more on the dramatic side, but it's not one of the best, it's not that bad either, it's just okay.

This is among the best of the movies Elvis Presley made. Elvis could only ever be Elvis and the makers of this used that to great advantage here. The film has some good songs, great heart and just enough conflict to make things interesting.
