Maggie Cheung acts extremely well in this movie. Great drama!

Too bad there is an over use of dramatisation because everything else (from the interesting concept to the characters and the performance of the actors) was very good. Comrades Almost a Love Story will do better a few years later.

A tale of Chinese emigrants to US where pursuit of American dream went tragically wrong starring Tony Leung Ka Fai and Maggie Cheung. Good acting.
