I cannot stand Madonna but enjoyed Banderas acting skills and the music so much that ended up buying the OST too. Marvelous musical.

Let's be honest: Madonna's contribution to cinema is somewhat laughable! But Evita is the proof that she can be great at it. An amazing and moving performance, with legendary songs! A classic.
