If you dont pay attention to the original (escape from new york) its pretty decent. i think its better then the first one, but they recycle a lot of things. Kurt Russle shooting people with a automatic rofle on a hang glider is pretty bad ass.

May not be as good as Escape From NY, but still damned fun. Gotta love anything directed by Carpenter starring Kurt Russell.

Enjoyable sequel, not as good as the first one but it's better than a remake. Directed by John Carpenter just like the original which is a plus and Kurt Russell returns as Snake Plissken. Also stars Peter Fonda and Bruce Campbell!
