While it will pale next to Shane Black's upcoming take, this 70s version of the pulp's Bronze genius is still cheesy fun. However, said cheese, including weird sight gags, lanky effects and a goofy theme song, will grate on some.

Scared my shitless as a kid (killer snakes with the ability to get through keyholes). Amused me no end as an adult. Excellent film

I love this movie, its almost exactly like the old pulps and if your a fan you should see this. its a little campy but over all very enjoyable if you like the source material

A quality Saturday afternoon movie. It has aged quite nicely, yes there is a huge amount of cheese slapped on but I think that was what they were aiming for. Its incredibly one dimensional and doesn't surprise in the least. For those of us old enough to remember watching this when we were kids I suggest taking a trip down memory lane and enjoy the ride. NB: I believe that they also did a TV series?
