fresh, funny, tightly written, and amazing match cutting. scene transitions are a joy to watch in this film. watch it if you're a filmmaker wannabe.

Extremely bizarre and weird, but very good acting and enthusiastic directing make Detention a cult classic.

A nutso plot that continuously throws you in one direction and then snaps you the other way. Very inventive, highly original, and I think more people will hate it than love it. Sometimes a little too impressed with its own script to be a true classic, but loads of fun if you love 90s movies. Opens like a sub-Scream slasher but ends up like Donnie Darko crossed with a John Hughes movie. Oh, just watch it.

Impossible to explain this movie without giving it away but it is AWESOME even if complicated. A slasher comedy filmed in the style of Scott pilgrim that veers into sci- fi. Very well made and excellent acting not to mention 90's references!
