Dear Dictator takes a different approach at showing how the modern world has changed. Now a high school girl can cause more trouble than a countries dictator. The punk rock guides you through a coming of age high school girls troubles mixed with an ousted countries leader trying to take back power.

Michael Caine is so uninspired he's not even trying. But then there's no much he can do with the material. It's a truly awful, blindingly boring movie. And that was just the first 18 minutes I managed to get through.

What were they going for with this movie? Were they trying to do a fun quirky comedy? Because this movie is everything but funny. Were they trying to make an edgy politically charged dramedy? Because from the plot it certainly looks so but it fails miserably. The acting was very poor, the movie wasn't funny, the plot was ludicrous and the movie was ultimately extremely boring. Watch it at your own risks.
