It has been over one year since the start of the outbreak. Our society has collapsed and the world has descended into chaos. Elvis and Tweeter are two of the last people left alive, and band together to flee the United States for a remote island somewhere in the Caribbean. Not a bad zombie flick. There are a couple of plot points that I didn't see coming. The desperation to find safe ground and all the measures that must be taken when the world goes to the zombie shits.

I truly enjoyed this. Rented it off amazon and actually watched it twice. Lot's of zombie movies out there right now so it is hard to sift through the good and the bad. I was very surprised at the direction this movie went. Really interesting and creepy. Definitely check it out if you like zombie films.

Not as bad as I thought it would be, but it does feel bit like a cash in to The Walking Dead's success. The zombies and gore effects are pretty decent, the characters are alright for the most part. The story is a little stale, and some parts seem to drag on, but the ending is pretty good. It's not too memorable, but it's not awful either.
