It's a pretty average comedy... nothing that sets it apart from the rest.

Not a brilliant comedy. The story fits in the genre of a Romantic Comedy however it fails to succeed its target. Elizabeth Hurley and Denis Leary make a good job but what really ruins the movie is its end. It has a good twist but the characters should have finished together.

It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I still think Elizabeth Hurley is a repulsive one-dimensional actress, but hey, it had it's perks.

A film that seems to be solely a comedy at first, but transcends cheap laughs with some heartfelt moments and insights into what really matters between human beings, and our relationships with one another. Denis Leary is a fine actor who hasn't received the acclaim he deserves.
