With witty dialogue, superb acting, and great chemistry between the leads, You've Got Mail is a fresh and charming romantic comedy that leaves its audience begging for more. This film demonstrates what is clearly lacking today in this genre: warmth.

even though that's one of my favorite movies at all. but it just made me wonder today through the story of the movie you sort of get a better look at Kathleen's character and understand why someone would really like her but i wouldn't say that was the case for Joe's character here Tom Hanks had to go on sheer charm & wit to pull this through
