Such an outstanding independent film! Daisy Winters captures the true emotions one can feel when coming to terms the tough reality that is life. The performances by each and every actor and actress were simply outstanding. Wonderful movie over all!

Delightful and uplifiting, but not from the start. The film starts with a rather gloomy circumstance of Brooke Shields planning for the upbringing of her daughter at such point in time that the cancer finally gets the best of this resilient mom. But Daisy has her own plans, and this sparks an inventive strategy and unique plot twist that elevates the film into a special stratosphere of quality. Definitely check it out!

Daisy Winters is glimpse into the unconventional, yet loving and fortified mother daughter relationship between Sterlin Jenners and Brooke Shields. This movie rocked. It spoke to my belief system; exemplifies courage, true love, true friendship, and a sense that not all families are created equal but that we may all can coincide and learn from one another. It also touches delicately on a subject matter rarely well discussed in family films, in this particular approach as is important for many of us with less traditional values. Great storyline, great performances- highly recommended.

This drama is under-directed to the point of being alternately lifeless and awkward, but the main character has an appealing spunkiness that sometimes elevates the film.
