Sur un postulat de depart invraisemblable renvoyant a l'univers de Besson (adolescentes tueuses a gage) Violet & Daisy apres avoir lorgne chez Tarantino se resigne au huis clos inerte destine a servir un assortiment de bons sentiments. Indigne du grand James qui meritait mieux pour ses ultimes roles.

Fantastic film well worth a watch, interesting cinematography the way the film was split reminded me of "Kill Bill" and personally loved the plot!

Violet & Daisy is a tonal sugar high in all the worst ways - an overload of marshmallows and lollipops which work awkwardly with the whole contract killing theme Fletcher attempts to use as a funny contrast.

Subverting audience expectations of an over the top "teenage girl killer" movie with a character study could have been great, but the character study in question feels paper thin.
