Where do I begin? Everything is so well adapted, and it's like Cronenberg said "the dialogue in the movie is 100% from the book". This film is not for everybody, is complex but you want to watch it again and again so you can fully engross all the lines. For me, none of the performances dissapoint that makes it more awesome. I think with time Cosmopolis will become a cult film. Thank you Cronenberg and thank you Robert, this is one of my favorite movies of 2012.

The dialogue is poetic, the monologues are unnerving and enticing. It's black comedy hits at all the right moments. The film as a whole comes together a little bit weak, but every scene could stand alone as each has something new to say. The acting is superb, as is the art direction. Cronenberg has done better, but this is pretty damn good.

I can't convince myself that Cosmopolis is anything other than unscripted documentary about the life of Robert Pattinson, shot by security cameras.

The best film about modern wealth, the forthcoming gen z and societal detachment you will ever see. A very simple film - despite what the fools and pretentious say on these boards.

Cronenberg seems like he has something specific, possibly devilishly satiric in mind, but his screen instincts are numb, constructing a feature that lurches from scene to scene.
