This is one of best Clint Eastwood films, directed by Don Siegel, portraying Western and urban scenarios for a Cowboy like Clint Eastwood. He is on hunt to extradite an insane criminal to his side of West, from bustling city of New York City! Lee J. Cobb has part in this movie, and you just love two great actors together on screen. I typically liked the scene where Clint (finally) manhandles young woman in her apartment!

Eastwood's performance as the flawed, headstrong superman has been terribly underrated, but he brings to the part of Coogan a sure knowledge of the man's obvious strengths and not so obvious failings.

An Arizona cop travels to New York to pick up a criminal but the chase is on when the said criminal escapes whilst in his custody. An entertaining thriller with some memorable scenes.
