Nora Wilder is freaking out. Everyone around her is either in a relationship, married, or has children, while she's in her thirties, alone with job she's outgrown and a mother who constantly reminds her of it all. If you are a single woman, you MUST see this movie. It's different from your typical romantic comedy because it's not just about finding love, it's about finding yourself. But be warned, it's not exactly a comedy as marketed. It has its funny moments, but it's downright depressing at times, perhaps because the situations hit too close to home. I don't ever remember feeling so inspired by a movie. In fact, seeing "Broken English" has made me consider quitting my job, cashing out my 401(k) and moving to Paris.

Very Well done. Beautiful in all the right parts and sad when it needs to be. Parker is stunning and is always incredible.

I just saw this movie and It is something that u must see... cus I've been seeing my friend looking for a man before they r ready to be one for the man so that always get hurt... I'm sad to look at them... I want them to watch this movie to be able to rebuild themselves first and be loved in the end. it's lovely movie and something that I can nod my head with the moment there. recommend one !!
