Far be it for a Turkish film to delve into horror, but it manages to creep out at first, and then becomes a slowburn descent into some pit of sex and gore snuff. I do think a lot of talent and dedication went in to create the lacking and confusing plot, but when better films like Passion of the Christ and As Above So Below are out there, this is hardly a comparison and more of a national (Turkey's) initiate into this type of genre.

Well, that was one of those "what was all that about?" films. Admire the bonkersness, but ummm, well anyway moving on...

I saw this at TIFF 2015. The cinematography and sound in the film were excellent, but I did not think the screenplay was all that good.

This Turkish horror is one of the most bizarre things I've ever watched. I don't know if it was good or bad. It was just fucking mental. The only time since Eraserhead where I saw the closest thing to a nightmare on screen. Freaky little fucker in it aswell.
