KURT RUSSEL WAS GREAT IN THIS FILM. I NEVER QUITE UNDERSTOOD FIRES UNTIL I SAW THIS MOVIE.

One of the best movies to come out of the 90s. Amazing special effects - all the fire was real and incredible. One of Ron Howard's best films.

probably the best firefighter movie, gives a lot of honor to firefighters, and great story with great acting all around. one of my top favorites in the 90's
