Incredibly intense, somewhat graphic, and quite entertaining. The leads were convincing and the story was very good I thought.

It's a slow burner for sure, but the finale is well worth the wait. The director makes you earn the almost unbearable moment when man meets nature face to face and it doesn't skimp on gore. The acting is good enough to keep you invested in the relationship between the film's two leads while the tension builds almost to the point of anxiety. If you enjoy thrillers that give you the feeling of impending doom then you won't want to miss this one.

This movie is shot beautifully and the music is incredible, but it's also the scariest natural horror movie I've ever seen.

Some of the cinematography may be infuriating, but this is an overall intense, gruesome, and entertaining survival horror movie.
