Paranormal Activity, only original, is one of best horror films I've seen andI still worship to Oren Peli, and I've been waiting more than a year for latest film to be released. Disappointingly, that's ripoff of 2014 film called Alien Abduction, yet better than that latest film though they both made me fast-forward. Mr. Peli should've stuck to less-cliché and his own low-budget-style tradition, except please don't make any sequel or alien crap before another one goes into an ocean of the silliness! Take a chance to redeem yours, sir. Think harder, for God's sake.

For UFO conspiracy theorist this movie will prove to be an exciting ride! Obviously flawed, but hey, it's Hollywood (sort of).

Some interesting ideas and visuals are squandered thanks to the super shaky found-footage film-making.

Area 51: Take a mildly interesting premise about a group of friends plotting to break into the infamous secret government facility in the Nevada desert, add the now hackneyed found footage genre and a deathly dull first half, and voila, low budget schlock. That said, there were a few interesting moments in the last half hour, just not enough to make it worthwhile. C-

I'm a sucker for movies like this about aliens. It wasn't anything special until they finally breeched the strangely under-protected facility, but that's about 58 min into it. Then it was reasonably tense. Some neat special effects with the ufos & their tech, but I would have liked to have seen a bit more if the aliens themselves.
