One of the masterpieces in HK Film history. Although it is a 20-year- ago production, you could find the story is everywhere between lovers: Conflicts on background, status, thoughts...

Chow Yun-Fat is really a great actor! I don't understand why people would called him "box office poison" before. He is such a professional actor! The movie is great. I didn't expect it to be funny but a few scenes did make me laugh. I especially like the line that says something like..."You love the men...you feel very comfortable when you are with him. But if someone ask you to marry him, you won't..." Such a complex but common feeling.

A nice romance, although a little lack of story development, the leads were great. The film also possessed some great dialogues and a very good ending.

An all time classic of Hong Kong cinema. Simple story, but very effective. However, it will not work with the Western audience, because they play around with the meaning and sound of Cantonese.
