One of the better remakes to hit bollywood, this Agneepath is a cocktail of 1990s action and drama presented in a fresh 2012 format. But that doesn't mean it is flawless. It could have done with a bit of faster pacing and a lot of editing. THe performances by the 3 main male leads i.e Hrithik Roshan, Rishi Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt are the 3 pillars that hold together this film. The movie could not have done as well without any one of these performances. Slightly better in content than the original, but not necessarily as good as the original.

Good performances by Sanjay Dutt, Hrithik, and even Rishi Kapoor. Songs are good. I haven't seen the original, so can't really compare. Though, I would think the original would be better.

The story dragged in some parts but then it picked up pace and grabbed my full attention. Cinematography was beautiful and the dialogues were brilliant. Hrithik gave a very good performance of a son and brother who longs to be reunited with his family. Sanjay was okay but for some reason, his performance didn't stand out as much as Hrithik's. The only big flaw with the movie is its running time, it way too long, they should have cut out some unnecessary scenes but nevertheless, it was a great movie.
