Jane Taylor, a librarian, has lost her job. Depressed and suicidal, she decides to take a final wonderful trip to Costa Rica before swallowing a bottle of pills. "After Words" is a showcase for the unique talents of Marcia Gay Harden.

Scenery was nice. Oscar Jaenada was pretty. But Marcia Gay Harden was a stereotypical cat lady. The romance came out of nowhere. And did we really need to her boobs?
