This was different enough from standard j-horror fare to be worth watching. The leads were good and had some depth, there were typically Pang brothers arty moments and the ideas about flirting with death were interesting. But surprise, surprise the ending kind of lost it.

Set up much like Audition were pretty much nothing really happens for most of the movie and then the last half an hour is insane. The plot twists at the end came out being both thrilling and interesting, but still had that "I saw that coming!" effect. Some very beautiful effects used in the film as well.
