the entire Decalogue project is a certifiable masterpiece, and this extended version of one of the sequences is one of the best.

shows depth of director....story telling through camera, just beautifully amazing....nothing less than 5 star a class movie from a master class director....

Brilliant juxtaposition of cynicism and idealism. The film lets us get to know the characters so well, even though there is hardly any dialogue at all--brilliantly done. Although cynicism doesn't triumph in the end here, the film nonetheless leaves me with a very sad feeling.
