A little bit lacking when it comes to the storyline but the battle scenes are amazing.

Brilliant in the fact that this is a true story. Full of characters with courage and hearts of true hero's. At times the acting wasn't so great, but during battle emotions ran high and translated well on screen. The last 40 minutes are really powerful. This film also gets a thumbs up from me because visually its was stunning. Amazing effects and colors. Any shot could be blown up and framed. 300-esque in its story but at its core, a great war story I am glad I got to see.

walau tokoh utamanya terkesan "rambo" banget dan gaya tentara korea utara yang mirip tentara romawi ,tapi untuk keseluruhan bagus !

A story of 71 student soldier trainees who fought an impossible war against seasoned North Korean army during Korean War which broke out in 1950. Based on real history, the film delicately depicts the fierce battle that teenage student soldiers fall into as they fight to protect the final defense line by themselves when under a surprise attack and their emotions and conflicts as they experience the grown-ups' war.

Korean War movie about a heroic stand by 71 students-turned-soldiers who defend a school against the North Korean onslaught early in the conflict. Although it has a few cliches that detract somewhat from the ending, overall it's well done with some good action scenes, characters you can emphasize with, and some poignant moments.
