There's an ambition to Forsyth and Pollard's work that's hard to deny, as well as a refreshingly quixotic commitment to tweaking the generic conventions of the promotional piece they're making.

A nice meditation on the nature of art. I do wish I liked Nick Cave's recent music more because those scenes seemed VERY slow.

A fascinating, complex, philosophical, engaging, insightful, intelligent, reflective, flawed, a bit self-indulgent yet unique portrait of an artist. One of the great works of the Documentary genre, employing film-making style that blurs the line between fiction and non-fiction.

20,000 Days on Earth is meticulously crafted but nonetheless feels casual and heartfelt. It's revelatory, and wonderful, to watch Cave walking (or driving) around, being a real person — if the movie is somewhat staged, it's never stagey.

Mezclando ficción con realidad, acompañamos a Nick y su banda (Bad Seeds) durante el día 20000 que pasa en la tierra, y en lo que es la preparación de su nuevo disco. Excelente música, excelente relator, excelente guión, realmente muy recomendable.
