Extraordinary cinematography and an intriguing conceptual approach given the subject matter. It tries to take on far too much given it's scope perhaps (zoophilia as a poetic escape from working for the military industrial complex?!), but leaves much to consider afterwards - especially since it raises far more questions than it can possibly answer.

Perfect cinematography, Beastiality. Blurs the line between documentary and an actual film, has more than a few completely pointless scenes, reminds of Errol Morris with a David Lynch twist. Stylistically itself you're going to find diverse reactions to it, let alone the fact that this film is about zoophilia. Proceed with caution to this, but I bet it will turn out less shocking and interesting than the Mr. Hands video itself, which you can probably still find by looking on google.

Very haunting and disturbing. It turned my stomach, but I was drawn in by the story. I'm glad the filmmaker took the "less is more" approach.

wow. while watching this, i've never heard the phrase "fucked by a horse" from people in the room more so than my entire life. I think the piece is definitely overtly ambitious, and fails a lot at points, certainly in its coherency, but it consistently carries a very beautiful visual style (i love its photography, and how most of the humans faces where covered in shadow) that will at least leave the view appreciating its aesthetics. its hard to expect much of art coming from the mr. hands video, but i applaud the attempt to present a humanistic side to an extremly disturbing story. i can definitely see the errol morris influence, where it takes a very strange story and uses it to explore deeper themes. the montage sequence of mr. hands dying is an interesting, even poetic touch, challenging the medium and how documentaries should be made. it doesn't always work, but at least i respect the audacity to do something like this. it's no nanook or gates of heaven, but it's something that should be watched.

Gorgeously shot. Found it a bit confusing but otherwise was fantastic.
