Calvin Campbell is a former professional baseball player sent to an early retirement due to his panic attacks at the plate. Even though he had all the talent for the big leagues, he struggles with the curveballs life has thrown him. This movie makes you leave the theater with a feeling of hope. Kristoffer and Daid work extremely well together playing theirs olds as Calvin and Produce. Although the movie does express religion, there is so much more to it. It shows you to have faith in others and to have faith and believe in yourself and although someone might be different, they can do anything and should be treated the same. This movie shares a valuable life lesson which adults, and teens would prosper from by watching this movie. This review is coming from someone is who is non-religious, and I loved it. Please don't think of it as just a typical religious movie because this movies expresses valuable life llessons that can help each one of us grow.

We enjoyed this film as a family with our 17 year old son. Don't shy away or be suspicious of the element of faith. It's just as important as the alcohol and Downs Syndrome awareness. I would go see it again.

I saw this movie on opening night. I was unable to stop thinking about it and had to go see it again. Produce made me believe. I believed in his joy and his pain. It may have been his freshness as an actor, but his emotional responses in the film seemed absolutely authentic and drew the viewer into his world in the best of ways. Touching on so many issues such as peer pressure, alcohol, religion, redemption, and inclusion of those who are different, I would highly recommend this film.
