Trite and unbelievable reworking of a classical melodramatic storyline. It's like a sexually confused 'Hedda Gabler' except without any real depth or substance.

I missed this at BIFF but found it in a local video store. Ozon is a master. This film is based on a play and is styled as such. It works well and is a great film I could watch again.
