A preposterous plot has a promising musician handicapped by some drunk thugs. Facing this hardship the main character decides to become a vagrant instead of finding a way to embrace his gift abandoning his friends and family in the process. Hard to connect to a character like that but somehow the film goes on and in the end there is revenge but not really redemption. Filled with plenty of 90s cheese this is a bad film that you just might love.

Aspiring musician re-emerges as a cyborg and takes the local rave scene by storm after losing his hands in an altercation with local yahoos en route to a concert. A good measure of unintended humour and a special collection of misfits for a support group makes this one hard to take too seriously.

Aspiring rock star loses hands due to a group of reckless drunks and ends up as a homeless alcoholic until strangers take him in and fit him with robotic hands so he can emerge as the cyborg star of the rave scene, Cyberstorm. Stick to Robocop.
